Summer School
April 24, 2009I registered for Summer classes a week (?) ago. I got into both of the classes I wanted, although I wasn’t thrilled with the choices. SJSU SLIS says that the classes aren’t paid for/subsidized by the state, which limits the amount and types of classes offered. Either way, this means that I have 1 year to go!
So I registered for a class on Evaluating Programs and Services, and another on Materials for Youth ages 5-8.
I was bummed with the choices too… I wanted to sign up for 2 or 3 classes, but only got into 1
That’s so sad! Do you have enough classes to do an internship yet? That’s what our children’s librarian had to do for a summer when she was in library school.
